Maria Sophia's calling to create the Spirit Reset was born from her own profound journey through loss and awakening.
In 2012, Maria's life took a transformative turn when a dear friend took his own life. This devastating loss, coupled with Maria's growing disillusionment with the limitations of conventional psychotherapy, led to a complete spiritual and professional burnout. Standing at this painful crossroads, Maria made the courageous decision to leave behind her established career working in psychiatric facilities—a path that no longer aligned with her deepening understanding of true healing.
This personal crisis became Maria's own Spirit Reset, a journey back to the oracular gifts she had carried since childhood but had become disconnected from. Through her grief and questioning, Maria discovered that reconnecting with spirit required both ancient wisdom and modern practice. She immersed herself in meditation, sound healing, and energy medicine, finding that these practices offered pathways to wholeness that conventional approaches had missed.
The Spirit Reset reflects Maria's lived understanding that sometimes we must experience a kind of spiritual death—a profound disconnection—before we can truly remember who we are. Her gentle yet powerful guidance comes not from theory but from walking this path herself.
Maria brings a rare compassion to this work—one born from having been lost herself and finding her way back to wholeness. She now offers her hand to guide you through your own journey of remembering.

What if I can't make a live call?
All sessions are recorded and will be sent to all participants within 24 hours via email. Please make sure if you miss a call, that you watch the replay before the next day's session.
What experience level do I need to be at in order to join?
You do not need to be a seasoned meditator or be at a certain level of spiritual development. This challenge is designed to meet people wherever they are on their journey. All are welcome.
Can I get a refund?
